Application of three-product cyclone sizing screen in classification and thickening of slime in Xuehu coal preparation plant

The paper analyzed the issues existed in coal slime separation system of Xuehu coal preparation plant,elaborated the working principle of the utility model——three products cyclone sizing screen,and introduces it’s application result in the 0~1 mm size coal slime classification and thickening process.The production practice shows that,the device can realize high efficient classification and concentrate in coal slime separation process,greatly reduced the problem of "the fine particles entrained in underflow and coarse particles entrained containing" common in coal slime separation process,so it provide a new technical ideas for coal slime high efficient separation.
