Experimental study on separating coarse slime by water-only cyclone

Talking the Xiqu No.8 coarse slime as the study object,the structure of parameters of water-only cyclone was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The separation efficiency of the optimized structure parameter was investigated and the effects of Water-only cyclone are compared with teeter bed separator.The conclusion is that the Water-only cyclone gives better separating result under the higher seperation density,the E_p values is 0.147 and the organic of efficiency is 90.84%.
