Research on numerical simulation of flow field in shallow-bath dense-medium separator

The paper introduces the structure,working principle and technical characteristics of shallow-bath dense-medium separator,and uses the Fluent numerical simulation software analyzed and researched the inner flow field of the separator,obtained the velocity and its changing law of main locations,and shows the form and its motion law of flow field of suspension during the separation process of shallow-bath dense-medium separator,which provide a theoretical basis structural design and imorovement.
