Research on Combined Process for Separating Coarse Coal Slime

According to the problem that the low sharpness of separation of current equipment used for separating coarse slime in coal preparation plant,the paper presents a combined coarse slime separation process that cleaning with TBS,scavenging with spiral separator and take the light product from spiral retune to TBS for re-separation,witch process realized mutually beneficial of TBS and spiral,and use the computer optimized program to analog prediction of separation result.This increased the sharpness（Ep value） of separation from 0.1 and 0.11 for separated use TBS and spiral respectively to the 0.077 with the combined process,and reached satisfied separation result.
