    Experimental Study on Classified Flotation of High-ash Content Difficult-to-separation Coal Slurry

    • According to the fact that the main coal slurry is high ash content and fine particle size in Kailuan Group,to reduce clean coal ash content,increasing clean coal yield and quality,the classified flotation test was done.In this test,the 0.125mm was selected as partition size,the timed-release analysis and flotation tests were done on coarse slurry and fine slurry respectively.The result shows that while the ash content is about 11%,the clean coal yield of classified flotation is higher 9% than that of flotation without classification,and ash content of tailings is 6.5 higher than flotation without classification,this presents that clean coal yield and ash content of tailings of classified flotation all better than flotation without classification,so that the classified flotation is feasible.
