Abstract
Processing objects of this study is a kind of high-ash and difficult-to-float coal whose particles properties was large content of fine mud.Inhibitors and dispersants was used to reducing the pollution of high-ash fine mud in flotation cleans.Coal contact angle with different agents affected,flotation indicators and analysis of the surface potential of the flotation products was studied.The results showed that,flotation effect could be improved by adding inhibitors and dispersants.In the same separation conditions,the separation index of sodium hexametaphosphate as a dispersant was better than starch and water glass as a inhibitor.The cleans ash content of 12.04% and yield of 57.69% can be attained with the sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 1500g/t,kerosene dosage of 370g/t,frother GF dosage of 1500g/t.Absolute difference of the surface potential increased between cleans and tailings when inhibitors and dispersants were added.
