    Three-Dimensional Numerical Simulation of Gas-solid Injector based on Fluent

    • According to CFD and the idea of simulation,using standard k-turbulent model,and three-dimensional numerical simulation technique together with the LaGrange and Eulerian methods,does numerical simulation study on the flow field and the action of particles in gas-solid injector.Use discrete phase model on solid particles,and consider the gas-solid two-way coupling effects.The result indicates that there are particles accumulating and remaining in some useless region around the pipe of nozzle in the receiving room of the injector.The turbulent kinetic energy of flow field comes to maximum value at the positions around the area of nozzle exit.The main reason is that evident reflow phenomenon happened around the high-speed jet region in the center of the injector.The injection of solid particles altered the state of gas flow and the flow field step to tranquilization after that.The result of the study have guiding significance on engineering apply.
