The Gas Disaster Prevention of Coal Bunker in High Gas Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant

This paper presents the occurrence characteristics, properties and hazards of coal gas. And the gas prevention and control are analyzed and discussed with the topical examples of the gas disasters of coal bunker in high gas coal mine preparation plant. On one hand, the consciousness of gas prevention should be enhanced and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the gas disasters of coal bunker. On the other hand, the gas inspection system should be established and improved to prevent gas accumulation and ignition. Then it can realize early forecast and prevention of gas disasters by establishing and improving automatic monitoring system for coal gas. What's more, hidden dangers of the transfinite gas must be eliminated from fountainhead to achieve the target of safety production in coal preparation plant.
