Research on Stratification Mechanisms of Solid Particles in Liquid-solid Fluidized Bed

In this paper,the stratification mechanisms of solid particles in liquid-solid fluidized bed are investigated on the basis of theoretical analysis of the settling velocity-based and bulk density-based stratification hypothesis.Then the fluidization experiments are conducted using the narrow-sized and wide-sized particles,and concluded that the stratified of solids in fluidized bed is based on the difference of their own settling velocities.
