Development of Technology and Equipment of Flotation Column

This paper briefly introduces the classification,working principles and technical parameters of flotation column;the development of flotation column is introduced importantly,including the key component of flotation column-the bubble generator and cylinder,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared;at last,the future development of column flotation are described.The automatic control system,the research and development of new bubble generator,mathematical modeling,as well as the short column separation process are the study focus of the flotation column technology and equipment in the future.
